お店に何度も足を運んでくださったお客様、ご遠方や海外よりご来店下さったお客様、素晴らしい食材を
提供してくださった生産者の皆様、私達に関わって下さったすべての皆様に心から感謝申し上げます。
私達の今後の活動につきましては、SNSにて随時更新させていただきます。
キッチンカーでのイベント出店は続けてまいりますので、皆様にまたお会いできることを楽しみにしております。

We are a cafe restaurant with local production for local consumption, SDGs and slow food, which started from the kitchen car "ARISUE SPICE".
At lunch, we are particular about multiparous beef among Shinshu Wagyu beef, and we offer spice curry made with surplus vegetables and 15 kinds of spices.
Dinner is centered around fresh local vegetables procured directly from local farmers
We offer a course left to the chef that actively incorporates surplus and waste ingredients.
Children's menus, vegetarians and vegans are also available.
Please enjoy the harmony of various ingredients and spices unique to Hakuba.
